   Label manufacturing is the most important activity of our organization. We are very keen to provide our customers with the most perfect and high quality labels which can suffice their requirements. We have a well advanced production unit for our Label Manufacturing activity.

   We are a ISO 9000: 2001 Company and keep Quality on top of our List. With a One Rotary Machine and 3 Flat Bed Machines We can produce and supply Bulk quantities on time. We have more than 500 dies of various sizes which help us produce labels according to customer needs.

We have classified it in two major activities such as :

Plain Labels


  • 2 Nos. Flat Bed Plain Punching Machines and One Rotary Machine are used for Production
  • Punching Speed: Average 7000 impressions per hour for Flatbed Machines and 40 Mtrs per Minute for Rotary Machine
  • Types of paper used : Chromo, TT2C, White Polyester, Silver Polyester, Direct Thermal , Paperboard Tags.
  • Paper used is from recognized supplier Like Avery Dennisson & Raflatac

Printed Labels


  • 1 No. Flat Bed Four Colour Machine and One Rotary Machine are used for Production
  • Punching Speed: Maximum 5000 impressions per hour for Flatbed machine and 35 Mtrs per Minute for Rotary machine.
  • Types of papers used : Chromo, TT2C, White Polyester, Silver Polyester, Direct Thermal. Paperboard Tags.
  • Paper used is from recognized supplier Like Avery Dennisson & Raflatac

Speciality Labels


We are one of the leading manufacturers of speciality labels such as :

  • High Temperature labels: These labels can withstand a temperature in the range of 80°C to 300°C. Such labels are mainly used in the applications where a product is passed through a process of high temperatures like in PCB Manufacturing.
  • Tamper-evident Labels: Such labels are very useful where tampering is to be detected or the warranty of the product becomes void if tampered with. When somebody tries to remove the " Warranty Void " Label on the product, the label gets destroyed in small pieces and some of the pieces remain on the product, which in turn indicates that the product is tampered with. These labels are mostly made up of Ultra Destructible Vinyl material.
  • We supply UL approved , ROHS Compliant Labels to Various industries mainly Electrical and Electronic Companies
  • We study the Process and suggest proper label for Specific applications

Salient Features Of Our Label Production Unit


  • Producing accurate size labels as per customer's requirements which is possible because of availability of more than 500 dies of various sizes.
  • Every Production Job is performed on the basis of Job Instruction Form duly filled in for various processes viz: size of label, Type & Size paper to be used, Colour shade, winding, orientation, packing & everything as per customer's requirements.
  • We follow the Control Plan, Quality Plan & FMEA (Failure Modes & Effect Analysis) in our production processes which help us produce the best quality labels in the industry.
  • Optimum utilization of resources is attained as we have 8 Nos. of Machine Operators for 4 Machines who work in 2 Shifts per day. This help us achieve maximum production in a day & serve our customers better
